[FX.php List] FX Web Server Requirements

Exactly, and first you make it work, then you put on the limits, not
starting off on world permissions, is like saying that you want it
only to work one way to start off?!? Of course what you want on your
initial setup is a dev environment, the important factor is to make it
work, without too much hazzle.
