[FX.php List] FX Web Server Requirements

In a development environment, just adding your files to
/Library/WebServer/Documents/ in the Finder should result in the proper
permissions for the web server to access them.
If things get munged, the best security would be to have your files set
to user: your system user, group: www. Directories should be 770
(rwxrwx---), and files 660 (rw-rw----).
