[FX.php List] Messed up Up Outgoing Links

I have seen similar things happen occasionally if you're using OS X  
Server and the Performance Cache option is set. Beyond that, I'm not  
sure what's going on. What has changed since this morning? Apache  
settings? Web hosting?
