[FX.php List] Messed up Up Outgoing Links

Nothing at all as far as I am concerned - nothing changed !
Nightmare - I have people from 8 different continents ready for
testing tomorrow evening - and now this.
We will be moving to a proper hosted site - but they want to check
the interface / workflow first.
