[FX.php List] Messed up Up Outgoing Links

Hi Dale,

The values look good in FMP - they also are echoed correctly - and it  
was working up until this afternoon -

I have just created another page - simple href in it - and it does  
the same ! So it is NOT a FMP / FX.php problem, but something else !
