[FX.php List] SSL, FX.php, + FMSA

I use FX.php with SSL certs all the time; I didn't have to modify  
anything. In carts that I host, I enter SSL mode when the user enters  
the cart, and they stay inside the SSL cert during the whole cart  
process.

It's not a self-signed cert though; I use RapidSSL, which is easy and  
quick, and not as expensive as others.
