[FX.php List] FX.php compatibility with FMS 9.0

That would be a good question; if that's the case then it'll make it  
a lot cheaper for companies to host PHP-driven sites since they won't  
need FMSA.

If anyone finds out the definitive answer to that, I'd like to know;
