[FX.php List] FX.php compatibility with FMS 9.0

One interesting note - it's been said in this thread already - is  
that the Server 9 Standard (not advanced) includes the PHP API. The  
only things the Advanced version add are ODBC/JDBC and Instant Web  
Publishing.

If the PHP API works with the standard version, FX.php should too.  
But that may still be a gray area.
