[FX.php List] Bad apostrophe character confounds FMP

I know, it's Christmas Eve...
But I'd like to change this this afternoon if I could...
I don't remember how to change PHP.ini settings; how do I do it in Mac
OS X Server? I think I've adjusted them before, but it was a long time
ago...
