[FX.php List] Major Update to FX.php

Greetings all!

Last week in addition to all the small changes, bug fixes, etc. being added to FX.php at its new home on github, I completed a major restructuring of the FX object itself.  As a result, the code of the main file has decreased by about half, and thus PHP is able to parse the code faster (only about 7% faster on my test machine, but every little bit helps.)  Have a look at the new files, and see what you think.
