[FX.php List] Curious: include-page naming conventions

The 'page.inc.php' variation seems to be a bit of a de facto standard, and
I've seen it used *everywhere*. So, the extra dot mustn't be an issue, but
I simply don't trust it. My own approach is to replace it with an
underscore to produce 'page_inc.php'.
