[FX.php List] Undeclared entity

Where do you see the IIS workaround? I mainly handle servers running  
Apache and the configuration on the remote machine was handled by  
someone else. From the error it appears FX is not seeing the FileMaker  
db. The connection host is set to 127.0.0.1 - is this an issue?
