[FX.php List] My Client gets PHP code on her screen

Can someone tell me what is going on when a client gets the PHP code on
their screen?
PHP is installed and running, my pages from inside the web server network
look fine.
Yesterday the client was seeing normal pages generated by the PHP.
Any experience with this?
