[FX.php List] Bad HTML being generated from FX (Still)

Thanks for  the input. I will check the Ifs.

For those that are telling me to close the tags, I do not know where these
tags are being generated!

I have inserted exits; al over the place and looked to the source and it is
coming from the form before this form but I AM not writing those hidden
fields in that form.

That is why I am saying they are probably being generated from the FX Query.
