[FX.php List] FMNew adds two records?

That sounds like a long-since-fixed bug in a very outdated version of  
FX.php, so check that to be sure. Not sure what to say about the code  
compare; there's got to be something different somewhere, whether in  
your code or possible multiple versions of FX.php files. Keep hunting  
and good luck!
