[FX.php List] 911 help!

For some reason your FX.php is having an error communicating with the  
server.

I'd see what variable is handled on line 109 in D:\Apache\htdocs 
\newpubs_e.php and do a print_r($variable) on it, to check the error  
code and other possibly interesting information.

Yes, it's likely server related.
