[FX.php List] New php Install

We just switched from FMP6 to FMP9.  We were not previously using php on
our WinXP server running IISv6.0, so we've had to install it new.  It
asked whether we wanted to install the "cgi" or "isapi" and I'm not sure
which to use to make FX.php work.  Also, are there any other special
settings I need to make in php?
