[FX.php List] How to process Kanji... more info...

I did find reference to MBSTRING on the PHP site, but when I looked
at my PHP settings, mbstring is set with Japanese support ENABLED.
It appears that my web browser doesn't know what to do with the Kanji
when it gets inputted...
