Not only can the regular server version serve via CWP, it comes with a 'site
assistant' to build quick-n-easy pages using the PHP API:

They have really done a lot to promote the use of FileMaker on the web with
this version. I can't wait to start playing with all the new features :)

John,

I'll be testing the release version today to be sure, but FX.php
should work just fine with FileMaker 9. Basically, FX.php uses a
very common FileMaker XML schema to communicate with FMS. Were FMI
to remove this schema, they would not only break FX.php, but a large
number of XML solutions out there. The FileMaker folks made it clear
at DevCon last year that the FileMaker API for PHP and FX.php not
only work on the same server, but even on the same page.

Also, note that CWP now works with FMS _not_ just FMSA. Woot!
Granted, I'd still like to see a web only server for even less (for
use by ISPs, and people like myself who don't need those FM client
connections), but it now costs $1500 less to use FM as a Web back end.

HTH
