[FX.php List] problems with numbers and queries

Hi Alex,

I don't have any trouble searching number fields with FX. You might  
try writing the URL FX constructed ($lookup2Result['URL']) to your  
page just to verify what's going on. And maybe $lookup2Result 
['errorCode'] too.

Also, to test the second case, why not use:
	$lookup2->AddDBParam('AccountNumberCategories', 21176); //no quotes  
around the number
