[FX.php List] Bad apostrophe character confounds FMP

Bob,

This one confused me for a long while. While the definitive answer
Is found in phpifo, the location of the file depends on how PNP was  
installed.

OS X Server Tiger has it installed in a different place than plain ole  
OS X Tiger....and that's PNP 4.X.

Third party packages from marc lyniage (?) install in a different  
place altogether..and seemed to change from PNP 4 to PNP 5.

...just wanted to relate the differences that you might run into.   
They're all correct for the given installs.
