[FX.php List] [OFF] On the Road Help

Sorry for the lack of clarity.

I thought that FMPA (9) would allow limited use as a development tool 
for custom web publishing.

Was't that true at one tine?

Bottom line, I want to do standalone fx.php development  on my 
MacBookPro.  Do I hae to hav a copy of Server/Server Advanced to do 
so?
