[FX.php List] Working on live systems

I know that there are best practices that say that you shouldn't work 
on live files...but we do anyway...or at least I do.  Sometimes, you 
have to scoot in and make a fix and then scoot right out again.

What actions and/or conditions will generate errors or failures in an 
fx solution?  For example:
	- Target layout is in Layout Mode in a Remotely opened copy of the file
	- Manage Data is open in target file
	- Other?
