[FX.php List] Hiding URLs during include() and header()

Hi Jonathan,

I "hide the URL" by using all POST (form submits) for everything on  
my sites. And I mean everything. While anyone viewing source could  
figure out what I'm doing, database parameters are obfuscated far  
better than hanging it all out in the URL.
