[FX.php List] [Slightly OFF] Can't access site from outside LAN

What about firewall software on the server itself? Make sure that is  
either turned off or has all necessary ports open. Next make sure  
that port 5003 (and any other ports opened up on the network) have  
both TCP and UDP packets enabled.
After that, shake your  head and go have some alcohol or something.
