[FX.php List] [Slightly OFF] Can't access site from outside LAN

Thanks for the reply, Derrick.  They're gone for the day now but I'll  
check w/ them tomorrow.

I don't know their network specifics, but they're part of a  
university, so not a DSL or Cable router.

They've got another machine serving FMUnlimited to the world, so I  
can have her check that too and see if anything's set up differently  
there.
