[FX.php List] Export to MySQL

I was doing this for my previous job; FX.php and MySQL database calls
can coexist in PHP without a problem, but... I don't have any code
for you. I do have a question though; if you're using PHP to get the
data out of the old database, why not use FX.php to put the data
directly into FM8 without going through the MySQL database and and
ODBC import? FX.php shouldn't conflict with any other database
connections you use in PHP.
