Indeed and it is confirmed as working on both Windows and Mac OSX

In fact it goes one step further allowing you to place a related field
directly on the layout without a portal.

This is good if you only have one related record.

No more breaking XML when referencing a record with no related data or even
a field from an unrelated table occurrence.

Now maybe we can see if there is any performance increase with the new WPE
and CWP

It seems this is a fix to the problems mentioned in the messages with the
subject "FMSA 8 serious bug affecting FX".  Has anyone installed this update
