Baard,

You are absolutely correct about the things you mentioned.  I just wish 
that FMWebschool had updated the documentation to reflect the changes 
for FMServer 7 Advanced. In the end the adaptations were not that bad 
but the book is not all it is made out to be. There is an art to 
writing documentation and they don't  seem to have put in the effort.
