[FX.php List] Section 508 Compliant Web app?

In my experience, there's a bit of effort to make the original 'html
template' for the site compliant - then it's really not much more difficult
after that.

I always run my pages through the W3C Checker during development - saves a
lot of time down the track.

IMHO - it's less effort to make the pages compliant than, say, designing
for IE6 (which I was forced to do for a particular project a while back...
*shudder*)
