[FX.php List] Web traffic versus native FileMaker use

Hey Joel,

The WebDB is self contained, so it would be 100% isolated.

Regarding the FMS Admin Console...I have yet to find it helpful in 
evaluating server health/performance.  It's good for absolutes, but 
don't find it useful in determining gray areas.

I'm open to to suggestions.
