Not really, not like Louisiana, which is where I'm *really* from.  
Nothing like good Louisiana cooking, and being a Cajun, I'm a really  
good Cajun chef, if I say so myself...

I can't actually say that Nashville is famous for any sort of  
particular food, although Memphis has great barbecue...
