[FX.php List] Looking for best practices advise

Thanks, Joel, that just seemed like a odd way to for FileMaker to
implement.
Also I just found out from FileMaker Support that Windows 20012 R2 IS not
supported for FMS13, a heads up for any one else out there. Now I need to
get my client to jump again.
