[FX.php List] Puzzling problem w/ little EDIT script

that depends on the PHP version and if the ini "says it's ok", Malcolm. :)

But I try to use absolute paths (which may be based on $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'], so it's easy to move a file)
