[FX.php List] FMS 11 setup for FX

Dear All,

After three years of _not_ doing this, my brain has turned to mush...

FileMaker Server 11 on Windows Server 2008, CWP via FX from external
standard webserver (s) only

What configuration should I be using?

I thought I could just specify XML and leave it at that, but the deployment
wizard keeps wanting a web server as well... Will default IIS on the same
server be OK?

A simple step by step would be appreciated...
