[FX.php List] Slow after upgrading to FMP12

Hi Stephen,

Write a simple performance PHP script to retrieve 1 record from a web layout of FM sample database to see if you get the same performance issue. 

As there could be many reasons I would detect if this is database specific issue, configuration or FX API issue.
