I have installed the latest fx.php and removed all the references to the FM7 extension from my database names. Since migration we have found the fx.php integrations considerable slower than FM11. Are there any gotchas that I have missed? Is it worth exploring the native filemaker php integration? Thanks for any input. As there could be many reasons I would detect if this is database specific issue, configuration or FX API issue. I have one that I wrote, but it seems to give me false positives; it does a simple query into a sample DB, and if it fails it triggers an SMS and an email to me. Could whoever posted that please re-post it? I can't seem to find it... If so, that might be it. The XML schema used there is much more verbose than that used by default elsewhere. FYI, this is the same schema used by the FileMaker API for PHP. I think that's at least part of the reason that FX.php has historically been a bit faster.
