[FX.php List] Choking on data returned

I have a simple query based on a couple of parameters; if I do the search that I want to do, it returns 133 records.

However, when I try to spin these out into my page (approx. 10 fields each record, none of which contain more than about 20 characters or so), my page times out.

So to test the page, I then did a date-range query, and when I get the results below about 60, it shows them just fine. If I bump up the date range to include 113 found records, the page fails.

I'm in FMS12, single-machine config; everything else works fine, including this page when I do other queries; how can I determine what's causing this, and how do I remedy it? Is this perhaps some sort of PHP issue with a default setting on this machine?
