[FX.php List] Web Pub. Engine deployment error

I'm getting an error that I've not seen before when trying to deploy the Web Publishing Engine. Here are the particulars:

Apple Intel Xserve running Mac OS 10.6 (Lion)
FileMaker Server 11

The server runs fine in all respects, but when I try to deply the WPE, I see the following error which I've not seen before:

Deployment/Configuration error 30 Sending request error (attempt #1): java.net.UnknownHostException: SJBCAlsen.org

Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?
