[FX.php List] [OFF] Recommendation for general web hosting?

We are in a rural area, and our Internet connection isn't very fast, 10Mbs download but only 800 Kbs upload. So, for our large images we have them on an off-site server, formerly run by Speakeasy. They provide basic hosting, DNS, PHP and Rewrite (Apache), and with email, really the only things we need. The text and HTML content of our site is produced here with FX, etc., and since it's not a large volume of data the slow connection speed isn't bad.

Recently it's been very difficult to upload images to MegaPath (the company that "ate" Speakeasy). It could be our connection (CenturyLink), though I don't think it is, but the real problem is that MegaPath's customer support is nearly nonexistent. Speakeasy's was fantastic, but I guess that's over with. My two trouble tickets with MegaPath regarding this have pretty much been ignored, so I can't solve the issue.

Any suggestions for a different hosting service that has the few features I need, and that has a good support system?
