[FX.php List] FX and FileMaker Server 12

I can confirm that 12v3 server patch does not fix the problem with
the FMPXMLRESULT.xml requests.  It seems to make it better (maybe?), but in
my tests it was still spitting out garbage on certain layouts of mine
(wrong column counts).  The fmalt type is still needed.
