Not in my experience… I've just looked at four different windows servers, and there's nothing like that showing… that said, all of the boxes I have quick easy access to are single-machine deployments, yet I think you said this was a two-machine setup…??

I'd be inclined to go with that approach and give reinstalling a go on one of them…
