[FX.php List] Where should the source of FX.php live?

Chris,
I have no preference for site.
I would be willing to contribute my function set I use to wrap my
calls with.
I am very curious about how FX will work with v12; I expect wide
adoption of 12 early, so I think that effects business. If they are
not changing FMPXMLRESULT.xml, I doubt there are issues, but I am
curious. I would offer to test, but alas, no advance copy.
