[FX.php List] Drop-down stopped working

I tried to reply about the php ... it appears to be running. I tried to send the info on the page, but it is awaiting moderation. I have asked our techie guy if he knows the answers to your questions, Chris. I am not exactly sure. It does not even physically sit in my location.

Trish,

I opened the resulting file from the URL that Webko posted using BBEdit and there's definitely something odd going on. Though generally not human-readable, at the top is the phrase "This program cannot be run in DOS mode", so this is apparently a Windows executable, and not merely an arbitrary extension. Something to do with how the server is configured to handle XML perhaps? Is this a fresh server (fresh OS install, etc.) or merely a repurposed box?
