[FX.php List] Trying to read back an array

It depends. If you *know* that the data you are trying to read is indeed there, then I wouldn't bother checking if its array/keys exist.
But if it's possible to arrive at that point in your code without $_SESSION['recid'] having been set by you, then you should check for it.
