[FX.php List] Problem with double submissions

Yes, but here is the problem:

I'm required to send the invoice number to Authorize.net, so I do this in my page:

1. Create order record
2. Retrieve invoice #
3. Send all order information to Authorize.net for processing
4. Retrieve transaction ID
5. Edit the order record to add the transaction ID

So here's what I think has been happening: because this web server seems to go astray from time to time, requiring a re-install of the WPE, users are clicking, waiting for something to happen, and when it doesn't, clicking again.

This creates TWO different invoice numbers, which to Authorize.net looks like two separate transactions. For this reason, they don't disallow the 2nd transaction.

Client's IT department has reinstalled WPE (for the 3rd time) and it seems to have cleared it up for the present...
