[FX.php List] authentication failed on database

FMS is not very localhost friendly, for example 0.0.0.0 ( all host
addresses for local NICs on the machine where you are at  ) does not
work,
this meaning you can not have 3 NICs in your FMS and assign them to
different tasks such as FMPro WAN users, FMPro LAN users, and XML
interface on each as an example.
