Good point.
Second server IS the answer if the problem is resolved. If the
problem remains, that leaves local network and Internet
connection....again...variables that are outside of my control.
FYI...I wear one hat for this client: to create and maintain a 100%
uptime web site driven on FileMaker data. It is becoming more and
more apparent that the system must be isolated to help assure that
goal.
