[FX.php List] FMS Server Console gets whacky/ CWP fails under IIS

David,

Wow.  That explains why a Windows-scripted STOP/RESTART has never 
worked properly. We did this to help clear the memory and it seemed 
to cause more problems, such as the Console not responding.

Will investigate further.
