[FX.php List] Create portal/related records with fx.php

I'm suspecting something about either the database design (too many  
nonrequired fields on layouts) or the php (inefficient coding) as I  
have similar systems that don't time out.

One of mine can create up to 100 child records for a survey and works  
fine.
